giveaway time!

Hi Bloggies – it’s giveaway time!

Up for grabs is a this Bead for Life bracelet:

100_3751(Not a fantastic picture, but you can check them out on Bead for Life’s website)

Bead for Life’s mission statement is to create sustainable opportunities for women to lift their families out of extreme poverty by connecting people worldwide in a circle of exchange that enriches everyone.  Bead for Life jewelry is all handmade by Ugandan women out of recycled paper. Please note: This giveaway is not endorsed by Beads for Life, nor was the bracelet given to me by Beads for Life. The international programs office at my school is selling them & I bought one for one of you lucky people!

Also included in the giveaway will be some of my favorite things (think chocolate, bars, tea & etc.)  Basically a grab bag of goodies comes with the bracelet!  And hey, even if the bracelet isn’t your style, it would make a great gift – since the Holidays are coming up! :D

How do you enter?!

First off, leave a comment telling me something you are thankful for! (’cause Thanksgiving is coming up!)

Also, my favorite part – link back to this giveaway for an extra entry!

This giveaway will be open until November 16th, (which is my 3 month blogoversary) when I will announce the winner!  :D   Please note, I generally do not e-mail winners of my giveaways – I announce them in a post & give a week to claim their prize!

Tell your friends! :D :D

I’m thankful for a lot of things (family, friends, health, all the usual ones), but one thing I’m especially thankful for right now is music.

This could not have come at a better time because this morning I am utterly thankful that my gum/tooth is not hurting anymore. I was scheduling a dentist appointment, getting worried, trying all of these different home cures and I woke up this morning and it is not hurting! Thank the Lord! :D
