Adding words to the wordless…
* not pictured is a gigantic bowl of air popped popcorn & nooch!*
I went running yesterday- I ran two miles and walked one – my calves and abs are SO sore today!
What’s your favorite exercise fuel?
P.S. Thanks for your comments on the dating post!

Shorts in snow – you are crazy! I like 1/2 a banana with about a teaspoon of peanut butter rolled into a tablespoon of granola – yum! McKinley looks so cute in that last picture!
Have a great day Errign!
Your dog is so adorable! I love when pups use random things as their chin rests. I can’t imagine running in the snow…brrrrr…
puppers!! what a cutie pie
Congrats on the run!
You can find pinks this time of year?? I’m so jealous. I’ve giving up on apples until it’s pink lady season again…
Woah shorts and snow! You must have been freezing!
Dates, dates and more dates, they are my rocket fuel for sure!
I’m always so impressed by people who run in the snow, getting out there when it’s cold down here is hard for me (and by cold I mean like 40 degrees). Oh Floridians! Ha!
Nice job on the run lady! in the snow is tough!
I have been loving putting dates in my smoothies lately for my post workout fuel
Any photo with McKinley is a winner
My favourite running fuel is rice cakes topped with various goodies like nut butter, bananas, cottage cheese, hummus, or marmite.
You are waaaaaaaaay more hardcore – and coordinated – than me! I can’t run outside with the snow and ice. My inner klutz goes into overdrive.
PS – That bowl of pasta is calling my name. What sort of sauce is that?
Don’t buy a blood orange. It might have it out with your crip apple. HA!
Popcorn and nooch are perfect for each other.
favourite exercise fuel is liking how it makes me look and feel. so my fuel is MENTAL.
cuuuuuute puppy!
Great post, I applaud you for wearing shorts in the snow! My favorite running fuel is Vega Whole Health Optomizer. It’s not cheap, so I usually only spring for it when training for a race.
Sometimes wordless is the way to go! Good for you getting out running in the snow!
Have you tried compression sleeves? I think they help a lot with calf soreness. I have black ones and pink.
